Well, there are many different ways he does so. Like dropping a cage down from, well, out of no where, freezing him in quick hardening choclate, he WANTED to trap him in a giant snow globe, Perry once trying to bust through a door got stuck and Dr. Doofensmhirtz "claimed" that was what was suppose to happen, he has tied him up, and once left him with wax versions of Abraham Lincoln and George Washington. He has many, many different techniques and Im just saying the ones I can recall. Hopes this helps somehow!!
