Koiwai Prospekt National Airport located in the Downtown Koiwai, is the smaller of Koiwai's two major airports. The airport is owned and operated by Koiwai Regional Airports, a agency of the state Department of Transportation, which also owns and operates the other major airport Koiwai Decker Reginrauve International Airport. Prospekt National is a major hub of IvalAir Shuttle, and FlyBusiness. The airport was opened on December 16, 2009, along with the RTS Koiwai's first in-fill station, Prospekt National Airport, on the Yellow Line.
