Reverend Prebendary Ernest Augustus Eardley-Wilmot (9 November 1848 - 13 December 1932) was a Church of England clergyman. The son of the Reverend Edward Revell Eardley-Wilmot, he was born in Warwickshire. Educated at Charterhouse School, he entered Clare College, Cambridge in 1867. He graduated with a BA in 1871 and an MA in 1874. In 1892 he moved to London as vicar of St Jude's, South Kensington. In addition he was rural dean of Kensington from 1913. In 1900 he was elected to the London School Board as one of the representatives for the Chelsea Division which included Kensington.

The son of the Reverend Edward Revell Eardley-Wilmot, he was born in Warwickshire. Educated at Charterhouse School, he entered Clare College, Cambridge in 1867. He graduated with a BA in 1871 and an MA in 1874. He was ordained a deacon by the Bishop of Chichester in 1871 and as a priest in 1872. He was curate of Petworth, Sussex from 1871-74. In 1874 he was appointed vicar of Sherborne with Windrush, Gloucestershire, holding the post until 1882. From 1882-86 he was vicar of St James's, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, and rector of Walcot, Bath, Somerset from 1886-92: while at Bath he became prebendary of Wells Cathedral, a post he held until his death. In 1892 he moved to London as vicar of St Jude's, South Kensington. In addition he was rural dean of Kensington from 1913. In 1900 he was elected to the London School Board as one of the representatives for the Chelsea Division which included Kensington. In 1919 he was appointed vicar of Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, and rural dean of Ware in 1922. He retired in 1922 although he continued to be a licensed priest of the Diocese of St Albans. He died in St Albans in 1932, aged 84 and was buried there. Some information here [1]
