Moreover, the Roo-Yo features Dif-e-Yo's patented KonKave bearing. It combines Italian styling with advanced yo-yo technology. The S.I.D.R.O.M.S. was originally produced by accident, when the machinist misunderstood Niubi's description of an o-ring response system. However, it was realized that the S.I.D.R.O.M.S allowed for even greater customization than with traditional o-rings, so the design was kept for the production run.
