In Germany corporate extraterritoriality is regulated by the Passau Treaties of 2011 and the AGS constitution of 2045. Extraterritoriality is automatically granted to all AAA Megacorporations and companies owned 100% by AAAs. Smaller corporations can apply for extraterritoriality and a governmental office decides whether to grant it or not. Known extraterritorial German corporations are AGC, FBV and Proteus.
