Serena Scarscale is a Naga Sea Witch featured in the Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne mission Wrath of the Betrayer. Once a refined and magnificent beauty, Serena was a savage archer and skilled sorceror, who was once a Highborne servitor to their great Queen Azhara, standing near at her side when the Well of Eternity. When the Old Gods changed the Highborne into the Naga, Serena was one of the first to be transformed, and her ascendancy into Sea Witch was secured, as her hair (once black as night) mutated in horrid serpents and beautiful, unblemished skin became spotted with green scales.

After thousands of years deep under the sea, she answered Illidan's call to the surface and served him, however wary of this demon/elf abomination. As Illidan attempted to destroy Majev Shadowsong, Serena organized and led attacks on the Warden base. These attacks were repelled long enough for Majev to send a Runner to Kalimdor to ask for assistance. She was also a random Naga Sea Witch.
