Bruce Kirby (born April 24, 1928, in New York City, NY) appeared as Sergeant Kimble in the Season 4 episode of the CBS-TV series M*A*S*H titled "Hey, Doc". Bruce is best known for his role in the NBC-TV Columbo series, and has also appeared in a number of motion pictures including Crash, Stand By Me, Throw Momma From the Train and The Muppet Movie. Bruce is the father of late actor/director Bruno Kirby, who appeared as Private Lorenzo Boone in the very first M*A*S*H episode "Pilot".
