Although Harper did voice Arcturus Mengsk and other characters in StarCraft and StarCraft: Brood War, the IMDB incorrectly attributed his voice to be that of Zeratul and General Edmund Duke, both of which were voiced by the late Jack Ritschel. Harper's voice also appeared in the game's sequel, StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty.
