Synopsis
  • Enlisted by his estranged wife Beth, Harry has been setting businesses on fire on corrupt Detectives McFadden and Giambone's beat. The corrupt detectives are trying to squeeze Beth's mail-order smut business for 15 percent. Meanwhile, "Artie" Combs does the safe-cracking job that his parole officer forced him to do, only to find that the owner has been sleeping there since the fires started - and sleeps with a gun! Finally, Beth talks to Officer Willson to see if he'd like to take credit for framing the corrupt detectives for arson. Harry talks to the owner of Carlyle's liquor store, and asks him when the detectives usually come by to pick-up their take.
