The Mario Mieli Homosexual Cultural Circle is an Italian LGBT rights and culture organization based in Rome. It was named after the Italian gay activist Mario Mieli and established in 1983 as a merger of 'Outside' and 'Narcissus Collective', going on to become Rome's largest LGBT cultural center. It offers a service of home care for people in AIDS, formed by a team of professionals, psychologists and social workers. It also offers services of counseling, legal assistance, telephone counseling, self-help groups for people with HIV. It operates a family home for the homeless and since 1995, publishes the monthly free magazine Aut.
