Aaand to seal this thing up: I second what Sima said, and I add one thing: I fully expect you to work on every "shortcoming", "flaw", or "attitude", whatever it's called, that they mentioned -- just because you're staff doesn't mean you know everything, but just like Elch, it means everything you can now learn can be learned on the field. Life is a constant struggle, and we always can learn more and improve ourselves, so keep growing and improving on your wiki carrer like you did as an apprentice and never settle for less, kid.
