For example 3 circle fireball magic: by writing the rune of the heat energy in the air to gather it and chanting "Ra", then you need to shape it for the second circle and you need to do this while maintaining that energy and again chanting "Mikka", and only then are you able to shoot it. Desert Tribes are exporting soulstones which are used by Empires Magic Brigades. The soulstones help them replenish mana and they're used as accessories.
