| - José Luis Gil (b. 1957) is a Spanish voice actor who supplied the Castilian voice of Wembley on Los Fraguel (Fraggle Rock), the Prince on El Cuentacuentos (The StoryTeller), and Ali Baba in the Creature Shop-effects film Arabian Nights. A prominent dubbing artist since the 1980s, often in comedic roles, Gil is the primary Castilian Spanish voice of Tim Allen and Woody Harrelson. He has also dubbed Graham Chapman in The Life of Brian and Monty Python and the Search for the Holy Grail, John Ritter on Three's Company and elsewhere, Jim Carrey in Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, Malcolm Dixon in Time Bandits, Rob Schneider in Up Periscope, Austin Pendleton in The Associate, and Gene Anthony Ray on Fame. Cartoon roles include Buzz Lightyear in all appearances, Benny the Cab in Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, the title character in Disney's Tarzan, Marlin in Finding Nemo, a Roman in Asterix vs. Caesar, and Don Quijote in the Spanish animated feature Donkey Xote. Gil is also an active performer in Spanish film and television, appearing in the 2002 film The City of No Limits (En la Ciudad Sin Limites, with Geraldine Chaplin) and as a regular on the sitcom La que se avecina.
