Robert (Bobby) Lee Smith, Jr. (born June 24, 1968) is an American screenwriter and film producer. He is best known for writing the 1994 romantic drama film, Jason's Lyric and the television movie adaptation of Their Eyes Were Watching God produced by Oprah Winfrey.
