David Goverde (born April 9, 1970 in Toronto, Ontario) is a professional hockey goaltender who played for the Los Angeles Kings in the National Hockey League. He played junior hockey for the Sudbury Wolves and the Windsor Spitfires from 1987 to 1990. The Los Angeles Kings chose him 91st overall in the 1990 NHL Entry Draft. Goverde turned pro in the Kings' system with the Phoenix Roadrunners in 1990-91. Over the next four years he played in five games for the Kings. He continued playing in the minor pros until retiring in 2003.
