The Ulmeyda Collection, also referred to as the President's Collection, is a series of items in killer7. It is a collection of 12 figurines, all featuring Andrei Ulmeyda in different outfits. The Smiths must collect all 12 in order to enter the Ulmeyda Intercity Post Office and gain access to the path leading to the First Life headquarters. 10 of the figurines can be acquired from the toy dispenser in the Iron Crow diner by using coins gathered from killing Ulmeyda Smiles, but Nos.7 & 12 must be collected by different means. Posters advertising the collection are dotted around the city.

It is implied that Ulmeyda's followers are almost fanatical in their attempts to collect all 12 figurines, even going so far as to kill each other. In the Iron Crow diner there is a photo of a man with '206 Terry Street' written underneath, implying the bloody remains inside the house belong to him; inside the same diner the Cult Member refers to the collection as a 'priceless treasure' which was released alongside an autobiographical movie to commemmorate Ulmeyda's 'thanksgiving' (possibly the date when he acquired part of the Yakumo), and mentions how he 'had to kill' the man who owned the ultra-rare 12th figurine when he sacrilegiously put it up for auction.
