Jarwha is the futristic name for Earth. Cilvillaztion as we know it ended in 2081AD, as a Canadian boy, Jack Brown guided the humans to rediscover magic. Humanity abanoned it's computers and the like to live an magical live. But ten years later, the Dark Lord tainted the humans. They defied the Creator, and moulded the world as they saw fit. This period (lasting 2091-2195), was known as the Great Maddness. To punish the humans for thier crimes, the Creator eraticated 98% of the globe's population. It was known as the Fall, and begins the Jarhwa calender. The Creator made a promise to the humans that Brown would be reborn as thier savior. Two hundred years went by untill a collection of pirates founded the nation of Hanrua. They became more civilized, and eventually became merchant sailors.

They defended thier island nation against the force of Hobgoblins on Ironback Island. Mirkos the Silver, an aging chieftain on the mainland, grew jealous of this nation. He founded the conferation of Niada. The Niadans tried to invade Hanrua in the Niadan Wars (345-412 After Fall), but always failed. The Niadans soon sought to invade the Orglase Archepelico. In 488AF, a huge fleet, 3400 vessels in total, sailed the Hanruanian Sea to Orglasse. The Orglasians, who were Elves, prayed to the Creator to cause a storm upon the fleet... see timeline.
