| - Aaron Wrenne is the twin and younger brother of Lily Wrenne. His parents are Alric Wrenne and Juniper Wrenne. Aaron was born in Volvar but does not remember much of it as the city of Ashmoor was evacuated when he was still a toddler. After his family fled Ashmoor they settled in a cabin a short way outside of Hearth, Duerlyth. There Aaron was discouraged from leaving but would often sneak away to cause mischief in the city. When the Duerlyth countryside was determined to be dangerous for a time, Aaron’s family briefly took up residence in the castle of Ausra Capewell. There, Aaron became best-friends with a young Capewell prince, Tybalt Capewell. As Aaron grew older he became more infatuated with the idea of becoming a knight and living amongst royalty. He grew dissatisfied with the country lifestyle his parents lived and after one particularly fierce argument with his mother, decided to run away from home. He managed to sneak aboard a ship headed for Alenthyl and once there reunited with his friend Tybalt. Tybalt was able to arrange for Aaron to be a squire to an Alenthylian knight at the height of the Granthelian-Alenthylian conflict. While Aaron was an able if not excellent squire, he never got the chance to be promoted to knighthood due to poor luck. As fate would have it, all of his mentors died in the various battles against Granthelians with Aaron barely escaping with his life most of the time. With no one to sing his praises, Aaron was shuffled from knight to knight, always seemingly starting over with each new mentor. Fed up with the horrors of war, Aaron decided to quit the army and return to Duerlyth. Upon his rearrival he was able to reconcile with his mother. Yet, as he should have expected, the world he came back to was no longer the same. His younger brother now resented him for abandoning the family and his childhood crush, Thane'Amaelia was now a married woman. Now, Aaron wishes to become a friend with his younger brother once again, find his missing father, and attain a job where he will not have to use his sword.
