The idea for a game show on the channel was first brought up in one its videos, What's going on with Smosh?!. The show was officially announced in one of its later videos, Taking Smosh in a new direction. The show features special guests, primarily fellow YouTube stars, who reveal some of the most intimate things they have posted on the internet. This makes it the second Smosh series to feature special guests on a regular basis, after the Smosh Games series Smosh Games Button Bash. The winner/s get to go out on center stage and claim their prize which "has never been done before in the history of histories".
