Fisk! was a independent television channel that was founded by Kevin Woodard and Marvin Fisk in 2003. It was often described as a "variety" channel, with all kind of genres being welcome to Fisk! with open arms. However, Fisk! never seemed to catch on; it had consistently low ratings (due to being carried on very few cable providers) and the programs on it (with the exception of The '80s) were poorly received. This eventually led to Fisk! shutting down in early 2005. Kevin and Marvin later went on to create EmoTV.
