Francisco de Orellana and his expedition team has discovered the entire Amazon River, and has reached the river mouth to the Atlantic Ocean. However, the Spanish explorers are facing native cannibals, known as "Negros". Besides that, there are fellow Spaniards being captured by the Negros, whom the player should free them and get their service. The player is to gather the necessary resources to build 15 galleons before embarking on the journey into the ocean.

However, the Spanish explorers are facing native cannibals, known as "Negros". Besides that, there are fellow Spaniards being captured by the Negros, whom the player should free them and get their service. The player is to gather the necessary resources to build 15 galleons before embarking on the journey into the ocean. In this scenario, the player has no free access to gold mines, which is essential to advance to the Castle Age and then the Imperial Age, as well as the war galley and the galleon upgrades. The player is also not allowed to build a market and a trade cog, therefore the player cannot trade with other players or trade resources. The only way to obtain gold would be fulfilling quests given by friendly natives, and to wrest control over gold mines from the Negros. As before, the player is playing as Incas.
