Mayor Katherine Smithington was a character in the animated television series Nick and Jerrick. She is a American woman of German decent with light blond hair which she wears in a ponytail. She has aqua colored eyes and always can be seen wearing a pure white dress and shoes. She appears to only like her job as mayor of Rose Beach for the fame that comes with it. She is also fond of having power and isn't afraid to access it. Whenever things don't go her way she will make a new unreasonable law for the town (although it appears to never be enforced). Katherine's main goal is to make the citizens of Rose Beach, Florida her personal slaves.

Mayor Katherine Smithington makes her debut appearance in "Gran Turosemo" where she can be seen waving the flag to start the race. She is later seen telling Kyle Robinson that she has alerted the military about his poor usage of a tank. Her role in the series continued to be expanded in later episodes.
