Komad Fortuna was a Twi'lek hunter on Tatooine during the Jedi Civil War. Following in the footsteps of his father, a hunter famous on Tatooine for once hunting and killing a krayt dragon, he hunted honorably and only with traditional methods.

- Komad Fortuna was a male Twi'lek hunter on Tatooine. He lived in Anchorhead and generally hunted Desert Wraids for their skull plates. Komad, with the help of Revan, killed a bull Krayt dragon. In Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, the player can kill Komad after they kill the dragon, and will gain a krayt dragon pearl out of it if they win. They will also gain dark side points.

Komad avait décidé de tuer un dragon Krayt, comme son père auparavant. Il alla donc dans la mer de Dunes, non loin d'Anachore, à côté d'une grotte où la bête se terrait. Il savait qu'il ne pourrait tuer le dragon à l'aide de simple blasters, comme d'autres avaient sûrement essayé. Ainsi il prépara un piège: il posa un champ de mines à l'entrée de la grotte, tandis qu'un partenaire s'occupait d'attirer la bête à l'aide de proies banthas. Malheureusement pour lui, le partenaire, impatient, fut tué alors qu'il entrait dans la grotte.

Il remplaça le partenaire en amenant les banthas, le plan fonctionna à merveille et la bête fut tuée par les explosions des mines. Komad donna une perle au Jedi, sur les deux qu'il trouva dans le dragon. Les deux hommes se rencontrèrent à nouveau sur Kashyyyk, Revan cherchant une autre Carte Stellaire et Komad d'autres proies. Il recherchait les dangereuses créatures des Terres d'Ombre.
