No, OriiHimi has a crush on Ichigo. ADDED: I believe that Ichigo is far too distracted and wrapped up in his own life to realize that Orihime has a huge crush on him, so I doubt he returns her feelings. He does care for her, but as a friend would care for another friend than how a boyfriend would care for a girlfriend.
