During Chrom, which is a video game fesitval and tournament held by Vapor Inc, John Correa (CEO of Vapor Inc) got on the stage unexpectedly with the Colombian Construction Control Agency and officially announced the construction of the building in front of a 3,057 people audience. The building was also announced to be constructed in the architectural International Style. However, Vapor announced that this building will only be the temporary headquarters of the company until further notice.
