After his castle had been built, the first thing Baroque did was have all of the robots on Earth go on a massive rampage by activating the "Anthem of Red", which is a powerful radio signal capable of making machinery go haywire when at full blast.

- The leader of the Four Generals of Baroque, Baroque came from space to kidnap Dr. Wily while he was plotting on how to destroy Mega Man once and for all and ordered him to build a giant satellite castle in space for him and the other Four Generals, before then keeping him prisoner. After his castle had been built, the first thing Baroque did was have all of the robots on Earth go on a massive rampage by activating the "Anthem of Red", which is a powerful radio signal capable of making machinery go haywire when at full blast. (Spoiler) After being defeated by Mega Man whilst he was in his regular body, his core managed to survive the explosion and combined with the remnants of the destroyed Four Generals to form a new body for himself while enabling him to use their attacks. After that body was destroyed, Baroque's core decided to fuse with the interior of his castle, making the battle far more intense for Mega Man. After his final form was defeated, Baroque explains to Mega Man that he should follow his own beliefs before telling him to go rescue Dr. Wily and escape as fast as possible, as his defeat had triggered a self-destruct sequence within his castle he fused with. Mega Man is hesitant at first, but then understands and runs off to rescue Dr. Wily, before then leaving Baroque's castle as it explodes with Baroque in it. (End spoiler)
