The Congress of Kien was an historic conference between various political parties on the topic of the restoration of the Monarchy of Hulstria and was chaired by the Kaiserliche Hulsterreichische Partei in the city of Kien, Hulstria during the 2540s; the Congress of Kein, organized by the top brass of the KHP to settle the matter of imperial restoration, was a large success and resulted in the restoration of the House of Rothingren-Traugott to the Hulstrian throne, effectively returning the Monarchy. In 2551, the Hulstrian parliament voted to restore the Monarchy under Ferdinand I, officially forming the 2nd Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria.
