  • I am thinking that on petitions and requests and things like that, we can count neutrals as half a vote like if a petition has 1 neutral it has 50% of the votes instead of 0% otherwise neutral is basically the same thing as oppose and also neutral is basically you're in the middle you don't support or oppose so it should count for 50% of the votes so what do you guys think about this.
