Please be more specific than "Misbehaving in Chat". Specifically, mention the item(s) from the Chatroom Policy that they're being banned for. Include details like personal decisions to be leniant/harsh and give more or less time than is normal. Also remember to always take the time to post an explanation of the ban, and the length of the ban to the users talk page.
