Despite the name "Men", and the fact they look like the level 2 Men around RuneScape, they are strong and can easily kill an unprepared player,the players are advised to bring a good crushing weapon if they are going to fight them and also bring food because they are aggressive and are very close to each other, so when the player kills one, another will attack instantly. They are hunted for the Silver-ice equipment they drop.
