Princess (Shahzadi) Aisha Sayd (1473-1505) was the only daughter of Prince (Shahzada) and Sultan Djem Sayd (1459-1495) of the Ottoman Empire and the Noble Elena-Marie dei Conti Orsini di Pitigliano, daughter of Count Niccolò di Pitigliano and Guglielmina (a commoner of humble birth). She spent her tender years in Egypt with her parents and brother. The family later moved to Rhodes Island after an invitation by the Grand Master of the place.

She first married 1495 in Cairo to Sultan Nasir-ud-Din Muhammad of Egypt, and in 1504 she married to Muhammad Bey, son of Sinan Pasha, the Governor General of Anatolia in Constantinople. She was the sister of Prince (Shahzada) Abdullah Sayd, Prince (Shahzada) Oghuz-Khan Sayd and Prince (Shahzada) Pierre-Muhammad Sayd.
