Their goals and intentions are currently unknown. Their base is in the western part of the Akasaka Area, in Midtown Tower within Oscillatory Universe's territory, guarded by the Legend-class Enemy, Archangel Metratron, which possesses a laser attack that will vaporize anyone who approaches their base in a 200 meter radius. In Volume 15, it is revealed they are currently experimenting on Fluctlight. They now know the real life identities of Silver Crow, Cyan Pile, Lime Bell and most likely Black Lotus thanks to Dusk Taker's fluctlight.
