| - Film Roman is an American animation studio, which was founded by Phil Roman. Founded in 1984, it took over production of the CBS Garfield television specials from Mendelson-Meléndez. Outside of Garfield, it is best known for animating The Simpsons (from 1992 to 2016) and King of the Hill. It has also produced Bobby's World, Mother Goose and Grimm, Mighty Max, The Critic, The Twisted Tales of Felix the Cat, the first two seasons of Family Guy, Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer, Mission Hill, The Oblongs, Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!, The Haunted World of El Superbeasto, Dan Vs., and the revival of Beavis and Butthead.
