* Abbot will start her journey to becoming Lady Bullseye. She will be a teenager in the body of a twenty-five-year-old. Ivy will not have powers, but she will develop an intense obsession with killing Daredevil. Episodes 1.
* "Shot To The Chest"- Harvey Nelson , now a private detective after resigning because of Commissioner Hoffman for helping Wilson Fisk escape, is chained to a suitcase that The Mask wants which is why he hires a former marine named Tony Pegg to kill Harvey, and Jack tries to help after finding out the truth and while he is on a date with a woman named Julie Killian. Hoffman has Ben fired from the force and The Mask breaks several inmates out of Rykers Island, including Barbara Essen, Aaron Helzinger, Jerome Valeska, Arnold Dobkins, and Robert Greenwood since he wants to form a group to distract Daredevil. 2.
* "Knock Knock"- Jack fires Alfred when the butler interferes by exploding his computer. The Mask kidnaps Mayor James and has his group of "Maniacs" begins a public murder spree for the sake of distracting Daredevil from the Maggia's criminal activities. The Maniacs attack NYPD and kill several police officers, including West. ; Fisher is wounded saving Miss Ferrell. during the massacre. Following this, Ben immediately plots to get his position back in the NYPD. Jack changes his mind after Alfred comes back to save Karen when the Maniacs are attacking a school bus full of high school cheerleaders. 3.
* "Damned If I Do"- Ben works with Owsley, now a crime boss, to force Commissioner Hoffman to reinstate Ben as a detective and resign as police commissioner in exchange for Urich collecting a debt from someone and regretfully killing them to protect himself. Jack tries to help Urich after learning about this. 4.
* "Strike Force"- Ben feels uncomfortable when Hoffman appoints Nathaniel Barnes (Michael Chiklis) to be the new police commissioner, but soon changes his mind after learning how Barnes wants to clean up the department and end corruption. With Ben's assistance, they recruit several police trainees from the Police Academy to form a team to accomplish that goal. The Mask kidnaps Owsley's mother to blackmail him into killing several political candidates running for mayor. Fisher and Miss Ferrell have a romantic evening together. As Owsley begins to have Butch quietly search for his mother, Captain Barnes directs the strike force to target Leland. 5.
* "Rouges Gallery"- After raiding one of Owsley's illegal businesses, Barnes decides to reassign Ben to investigate a series of attacks on prisoners with help from Leslie Thompkins. Ben, Harvey, and Barnes learn that the person attacking prisoners was Thomas Gruber (Christopher Heyerdahl), who then escapes from Rykers with his associate Aaron Danzing (Kevin McCormick), after killing several guards, Ava pays a visit to Jack for Jack to distrust her. 6.
* "What The Little Bird Told Him"- Thomas Gruber and Aaron Danzing escape from Rykers Island and are on a rampage through New York. Edward Fisher tells Urich and Nelson that Thomas Gruber is an alias of Thomas Buchinsky, a former bank robber for the mafia who was betrayed by Don Luigi and Barnes believes that Luigi's son Salvatore Luigi will be the next target. In all actuality, Kristen Ferrell learns that Edward Fisher murdered Officer Dougherty. In an attempt to keep Ferrell from telling anyone, Fisher accidentally strangles her, killing her. Meanwhile, Ben gets desperate to end the crime in New York City which is why he decides to support Zeus in his candidacy to become mayor. Butch Mason discovers the location of Owsley's mother and Owsley begins to rally a rescue party. 7.
* "Mommy Dearest"- Butch Mason leads Owsley to the location of his mother, where The Mask and his girlfriend Tiffany Graves are waiting. Now cured of his programming, Mason betrays Owsley and The Mask kills his mother (who though aware of her son's activities still claims him to be a good boy), though Leland manages to escape, vowing to kill The Mask in revenge. Leland reports this to Ben and Ben decides to look for Butch Mason. Owsley figures out that Zeus is working with The Mask and attacks his victory celebration where Jack is attending. Jack immediately switches into Daredevil to fight Owsley and his thugs. Leland escapes and Urich tells Zeus that he is determined to expose his corruption. Following the death of Kristen Ferrell, Edward Fisher's mental state worsens as his split personality attempts to convince him that he enjoys getting away with murder. Both of Fisher's personalities then merge. 8.
* "Tonight Is The Night"- Zeus tells The Mask his problem and The Mask gives Barbara permission to kill Ben. Barbara walks inside the NYPD and Ben suggests he risk himself to find more information about Foster. While en route to an unknown location on Barbara's instructions, the squad car is assaulted by The Mask and his crew. Urich wakes up in New York Cathedral , where he and Barbara were going to have their wedding before their break-up. Jack as Daredevil finds Urich's location and fights The Mask's crew and rescues Leslie (who was somehow kidnapped by Tiffany Graves.) Ben briefly fights Barbara, leading to Barbara hanging outside the church and falling, resulting in severe injuries. Following information obtained by Barbara, NYPD rescue, Aubrey Jones from his abduction and arrests Maxwell Zeus for ordering it to happen. Meanwhile, while trying to bury Kristen Ferrell, Fisher discovers an injured and exhausted Owl who asks Fisher for help. 9.
* "The White Tiger Strikes Back"- The Mask begins to get furious when Daredevil gets the NYPD to arrest Silvermane, and Black Tarantula which is why Ava gets an idea to kidnap Ben as The White Tiger while Jack continues spying on the criminal underworld under the disguise of a gangster named Joe White. Meanwhile, Edward Fisher persuades Leland Owsley to move on from the death of his mother and the both of them kill Tiffany Graves in celebration. Flashbacks show how Jack got the idea to impersonate Joe White , who was one of the thugs working for Fish Montoya before he died for stealing money from Fisk. 10.
* "Charade"- Red Blaze decides to end the alliance with The Mask because of his failures and Roman attacks Stark Enterprises since he always felt that the successes made by his company were overshadowed by the business ventures made by Stark Enterprises. After "The Mask" and those involved is arrested, Maxwell Zeus is released from prison due to Mayor James claiming that Owsley kidnapped him instead of The Mask. 11.
* "The Last Laugh"- Jerome, getting tired of taking orders, decides to go out on a killing spree and plays law and order in New York City. Red Blaze becomes outraged by this and sends Ava after Jerome. Ava gets captured leaving it up to Jack and Ben to save her while they're out looking for Jerome. It is then revealed that Red Blaze is actually Andrea's mother Victoria, a woman who faked her deaths years ago due to her husband being associated with the various crime families in New York City. Jerome kills Victoria and Ava vanishes without a trace while having Jerome in her clutches. Owsley convinces Ben that Zeus might never be convicted and the two take Zeus to the docks and murder him. Later, Urich proposes to Claire. Zeus' body body is discovered by Stark Enterprises. , who take the corpse to Indian Hill where Fish Montoya's body is also being kept The scientists state that Theo's body is to be experimented on by Professor Baron Zemo. 12.
* "Pigs In A Blanket"- Several months following the death of Maxwell Zeus, Ben is called in for questioning and Owsley is arrested. Ben and Owsley lie to the police , stating that Leland murdered Zeus and Urich was not involved. Urich is reinstated into the NYPD, while Leland falsely justifies his actions as the result of mental illness. Owsley is sent to Rykers Island , where he becomes a patient of Baron Zemo (B. D. Wong), the Chief of Psychiatry. Butch Mason takes over Owsley's criminal empire. Jack investigates a series of murders being made and realizes that the culprit is none other than Lazlo Valentine (Billy Connolly), a former member of a circus. 13.
* "The Big Gladiator"- Jack assists Ben when several buildings owned by Stark Enterprises are being burned and soon realizes that the culprit is a mercenary named Ted Potter. Things get personal for Ben when Ethan Stewart is killed by Potter which is why Harvey decides to return working for the force. Daredevil manages to stop Potter and realizes that his employer is none other than Jason Gold, an executive at Stark Enterprises who replaced Sid Bunderslaw after he went missing. Gold hired Potter just so Stark Enterprises would get the insurance money and Daredevil Speaking of Sid Bunderslaw, he approaches Jack after many months of being tortured and gives him the name of his family's killer. 14.
* "Feat Of Sand"- Continuing from the previous episode, Ethan Stewart is transformed into a sand--based creature caused by the attack made by Potter on Stark Chemicals. Stewart discovers his condition after accidentally killing a prostitute and tries to commit suicide. Ethan then gets angry and decides to kill his enemies starting with Irish gangster Sean Riley, who was able to escape punishment for a murder that Stewart investigated. Ben tries to save Riley only for him to fail when Stewart murders him which is why Jack tries to help when Ethan seeks to murder Rowan , whom he blames for all the corruption in New York. Meanwhile, Alfred gets a visit from his old friend Reginald Payne. However, Jack and Alfred are unaware that Payne was sent by Stark Enterprises to investigate Jack for Jason Gold's murder. 15.
* "Blizzard"- Ben visits Owlsey at Rykers and Owsley reveals to him that he was targeted by a man armed with a cold gun at a warehouse. Leland begins to fear that he's being targeted for Zeus' murder. Ben and Harvey investigate a kidnapping and murder spree. Jack wants to help Alfred find Reginald after Reginald stabs him, he decides to help Urich with his investigation after realizing the culprit is a former scientist under his employ named Donny Gill (Nathan Darrow). Gill is trying to cure is wife Nora (Kristin Hager) by first trying to freeze her. Urich arrests Gill's wife Nora and Gill attempts to turn himself in until he realizes that his serum can successfully reanimate a human being. Baron Zemo learns about Gill to recruit him for Indian Hill. 16.
* "A Dead Man Feels No Cold" - Owsley gets intensive treatment by Zemo so his violent tendencies can be reduced. Gill builds an armored suit and breaks Nora out of Rykers while kidnapping Leslie in the process when Ben sets up a trap for him. Jack and Jessica both decide to confront Reginald Payne who confesses that he was sent by the board of directors at Stark Enterprises to investigate Jack since they suspect he might have had a connection to Jason Gold 's death and to Sid Bunderslaw being missing. Ben locates Gill at his home laboratory and Nora switches the formula used to freeze her since she feels responsible for all the deaths caused by her husband. Gill kills himself and is announced dead only for him to wake up in a cell at Indian Hill. Zemo informs Gill that he can no longer survive outside of subzero temperatures and offers him an alliance as a fellow scientist. 17.
* "This Ball Of Clay And Meanness"- As Daredevil, Jack goes looking for Patrick Malone. Alfred contacts Ben and Harvey when he gets out of the hospital to tell them about what Jack is planning. Daredevil is able to locate Patrick Malone in his apartment and fights him. Daredevil hen unmasks himself to reveal to Malone how he was responsible for killing Matt and Moria Murdock. Malone shows remorse for what he had done which leads to Jack having to forgive him. Unfortunately, Malone commits suicide. Leslie asks Ben to look into Kristine Ferrell's disappearance and Fisher gets paranoid thinking that Urich suspects him for murdering her. Jack leaves his mansion to spend time on the streets with Jessica, and Zemo arranges for Owsley to be released from Rykers Island. 18.
* "Mad Grey Dawn"- Owsley reunites with his kind hearted biological father Elijah Darhk when he visits the grave of his dead mother. Fisher begins a series of crimes with brain teasers in his plan to frame Ben for killing a policeman and made it look like Ben committed the crime just so the policeman wouldn't provide any information on the murder of Maxwell Zeus. Jack decides to protect Jessica's friend Pamela Abbot as Daredevil when he learns how Pamela is being abused by Butch Mason's nephew. 19.
* "Convicts"- Ben adjusts to being in Ravencroft Penitentiary only to be treated unfairly by Warden Carlson Grey (Ned Ballamy), who is a friend of former police commissioner Carl Hoffman. Ben is informed by Harvey that Claire lost their baby and left town which makes him lose hope. Urich is able to make friends with prison guard Wilson Bishop (Marc Damon Johnson) and convict Peter "Puck" Davies (Peter Mark Kendall). Jack learns about how Urich is being treated by Harvey and arranges for Wilson Fisk to use his connections to help Ben escape from prison. Owsley continues to bond with his father Elijah only for his drink to be poisoned by his family. 20.
* "Into The Woods"- Ben continues to flee the law as he tries to clear his name. When Ben secretly approaches Edward Fisher for help, he deduces that Fisher framed him. Fisher electrocutes Urich into unconsciousness, but Urich awakes just as Fisher is preparing to stuff him in a car trunk. Ben asks Jessica Jones to report to the NYPD. Ben follows Fisher into the woods, from where he intends to relocate Kristen Ferrell's body. Fisher admits that he framed Ben as the NYPD eavesdrops on the conversation. They arrest Fisher before he can kill Urich. Fisher is placed in Rykers Island. Nathaniel Barnes offers Urich his job back, but Ben declines as he has other matters with which to deal. Barbara Essen is released from Rykers Island after she stops showing any signs of mental illness. Following the death of his father, Leland is bullied by his step-family. However, when he discovers evidence that they killed his father, his former self-returns and he murders his step-family. 21.
* "Pinewood"- Jack decides to search his files on his newly fixed computer to find out which member of the board of directors murdered Matt and Moria and why. Barbara tracks down Ben and claims to be cured of her insanity, she tries to reconcile with Ben only to be fail. With Barbara's unorthodox assistance, Urich discovers that the man who contracted Patrick Malone to kill Matt and Moria called himself the "the Philosopher." Jack and Alfred go find Rachel Jennings when Jack begins to suspect how she might be targeted by Stark Enterprises due to her experiments. Donny Gill is sent to kill her when Daredevil, Alfred and Urich try to break her out. Following Jennings' death, Lucius and Ben both wonder who "the Philospher" is and Jack soon gets angry realizing that Baron Zemo, the culprit from an old photograph of his time playing cricket. After many failed attempts, Zemo finally succeeds in resurrecting someone from the dead: Maxwell Zeus. 22.
* "Avengers"- Ben questions Professor Zemo about Project Chimera, which later makes Zemo send Zeus after Ben. Fisher later overhears Zemo and Peabody complaining about Urich's interference. Fisher suggests that he can help them take out Urich, but Zemo refuses his help. Jack is told by Nelson and Ben that there isn't enough evidence to imprison Baron Zemo which makes Jack angry. Zeus plots to destroy New York City with anonymous help from Norman Osborn which is why Jack teams up with a teenager named Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield) to stop them. Zeus kills Barnes and Jack as Daredevil black mails Norman into making Oscorp no longer try to get a contract from the military with evidence of his involvement. Norman agrees to it out of fear that May Parker will not become senator if her sponsor were to be exposed as a criminal. 23.
