L. Knuckle (エル・ナックル Eru ・ Nakkuru?) and R. Knuckle (アール・ナックル Āru ・ Nakkuru?) are two giant knuckle bosses from Mega Man V fought in the Wily Star before Dr. Wily. Mega Man first fights against the left knuckle, which moves above the screen and tries to punch Mega Man, causing the floor to shake. Its weak points are its eyes. After Mega Man defeats it, the right knuckle appears. R. Knuckle has the same attacks as L. Knuckle, but it moves faster and can also attack with homing missiles and catch Mega Man.
