- Jeff Pruitt is a farmer who lives just outside of Mayberry. He comes into town searching for a bride- however he does it in quite the unusual way. Physically lifting women up off the street, Andy and Barney have to intervene and show Jeff the proper way to meet women. They clean him up, teach him proper etiquette, and eventually bring him to a party full of eligible ladies.
- Having been working as a stunt actor for several years, he has applied his trade on other television and film productions, including early episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, on which he also served as stunt coordinator as well as second unit director for three years. He has also worked as a stuntman, stunt coordinator, action director and choreographer, and/or second unit director on various other television series and movies: he performed stunts on Married... with Children; he was action director and stunt coordinator for the original Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers series and its 1995 movie spin-off; and he was second unit director and stunt performer on the series Sheena.
