Ist Krokodil-Banjo erstmals drinnen, erwatet ihn Mr. Vile, ein großes, altes Krokodil, das ihn zu einem Spiel herausfordert. Mr. Vile wurde auch für Banjo-Kazooie: Schraube Locker angekündigt und es wurde gesagt, dass er seit Banjo-Kazooie "ein bisschen" gewachsen ist (wobei er nun sehr groß sein muss, denn das sind 10 Jahre).

He challenges Banjo's crocodile transformation to try and eat more Yumblies and/or Grumblies than him. The prize after 3 rounds is a Jiggy, but all three rounds are slightly different.
* In the first round, you must eat more Yumblies than Mr. Vile.
* In the second round, you must eat more Yumblies while avoiding eating yellow Grumblies that will poison you.
* In the third round, you must eat both the Yumblies or the Grumblies as indicated by whichever is at the top of the screen. However, losing a round will cause Mr. Vile to try and chomp Banjo for 2 damage. For an easy, or less difficult, victory, use the Turbo Trainers. Once the Jiggy is earned, Mr. Vile offers a second challenge of playing three rounds for 3 Extra Lives at the cost of 1 life for a loss.

Für jedes verlorene Spiel wird Mr. Vile einmal zubeißen, so dass ihr 2 Honigwaben verliert (Wenn man schnell genug ist, kann man noch aus dem großem Krokodil flüchten, bevor er einen beißt). Um dieses Spiel wesentlich leichter zu gewinnen, empfiehlt es sich, die Turnschuhe anzuziehen. Außerdem bietet Mr. Vile dem Duo noch an, bei einem Bonus-Spiel mitzumachen, bei welchem man als Preis 3 Extraleben gewinnen kann. Dazu muss man die selben drei Teil-Spiele nochmals gewinnen. Allerdings benötigt man hier zwingend die Turnschuhe, da hier Mr. Vile fast doppelt so schnell wie im vorigen Spiel um das Puzzleteil ist. Mr. Vile wurde auch für Banjo-Kazooie: Schraube Locker angekündigt und es wurde gesagt, dass er seit Banjo-Kazooie "ein bisschen" gewachsen ist (wobei er nun sehr groß sein muss, denn das sind 10 Jahre).
