Stefanos Fabius, 24th Duke of Paphlagonia, KP, (c. 1470 – 22 January 1522) was Basileopator or Regent of Diadochia during the illness of Emperor Eric II of Diadochia between (1520-1522). The Emperor recovered long enough in 1522 to have the Duke arrested on the grounds of treason and executed, soon after this the Emperor died. His son was Stefanos Fabius, 25th Duke of Paphlagonia
