She is very protective of her sister Poppy, and would do anything to protect her. Violet is a very good friend of Zombie Carl Weatherby, the butler of the mansion, and one of the creators of the original Nightmare Crown. She is also long-time friends with Jake, although it is never revealed how. After completing the main story, she accidentally reveals that she has a crush on Jake.
