Repeatedly described in interviews with friends an family, as "the most stubborn man [they've] ever known" Mr. Coletrain definately exhibits a tendency towards selfish behavior. According to his mother, this goes back to his childhood. Mr. Coletrain himself maintains that he is not stubborn, mearly highly opinionated. Recently Mr. Coletrain has joined the municipal police force in Niagara Falls New York. Abilities: When he so chooses, Mr. Coletrain is able to make himself completely unmovable. Section 2 scientists have reasoned that Mr. Coletrain is able to either simply ignore Newton's second law of motion, or exerts some sort of anti-inertial force which counteracts and eliminates any external force made against him. Despite this, Mr. Coletrain is able to move himself normally with apparently normal effort. Oddly enough, this does not appear to affect the normal pull of Earth's gravity. Our scientists can offer no explination for this and Mr. Coletrain does not appear to know the answer either. In field tests, Mr. Coletrain was able to keep a normal walking speed desipte being pulled in the opposite direction by a 2-6-6-6 "Allegheny" Type Locomotive (exerting over 110,000 pounds of tractive effort) widely considered to be the most powerful locomotive in the world. On an interesting note, when asked to push the same locomotive, Mr. Coletrain was unable to move it a single inch despite haveing just drug the same engine several hundred yards. This seems to indicate that he has no special extra stength, only the ability to resist all forces against him. Psychological profile: Exceptionally introverted and opinionated, our psycologists were only able to made passive examination as Mr. Coletrain refused to participate in any direct questioning. Arguing with Mr. Coletrain is often described as yelling with a brick wall. Once Mr. Coletrain has made up his mind, it is the rarest of situations where he will change his mind or accept defeat in an arguement. His powers apparently manifested during a heated disagreement with one of his superior officers on the police force in which the superior office ordered Mr. Coletrain to leave the building, and Mr. Coletrain refused.
