In addition to his TV credits, he had roles in such films as Fred Williamson's The Big Score (co-starring Ed Lauter), Martin Scorsese's The Color of Money (with Bill Cobbs), and A Rage in Harlem. He and fellow DS9 guest actor Frank Kopyc appeared as doormen in the 1996 comedy Dunston Checks In (starring Jason Alexander). The following year, Perry appeared in the film Liar Liar along with fellow DS9 guest stars Anne Haney, Eric Pierpoint, Amanda Carlin, Jim Jansen, Randy Oglesby, and Benjamin Brown. Perry was most recently seen in the 2005 roller-skating film Roll Bounce.
