- He is a Right Wing Republican, he was on the campaign trail for George W. Bush McGraw's advice and methods have drawn criticism from some fellow psychotherapists as well as from some laymen. McGraw's critics regard advice given by him to be at best simplistic, and at worst, ineffective. McGraw said in a 2001 South Florida newspaper interview that he never liked traditional one-on-one counseling, and that "I'm not the Hush-Puppies, pipe and 'Let's talk about your mother' kind of psychologist."
- Dr. Phil McGraw made his only appearance to date in "HUMANCENTiPAD". He helped Eric Cartman, who thought his mother fucked him, by talking to Eric about his problem and rewarding him. He was able to give Eric the first HUMANCENTiPAD.
- Dr.phil is a fire raiser with ideological reasons and the accomplice of Joseph Schmitz and Wilhelm Maria Eisenring. He appears in the book "Biedermann und die Brandstifter". For a long time, it wasn't even known that he existes, but in a scene he was shown to be hidden in a ton all the time where he gets out with Wilhelm's help. After Wilhelm and Joseph left, dr.phil tries to distance himself from them, but Biedermann doesn't understand him because of loud noises. Then he left. <default>Evil-doer</default>
