Martin Cameron is a Scottish forward, who played for Rovers for two years between 2000 and 2002. He was brought to the club from Alloa Athletic prior to the start of the 2000-01 season by manager Ian Holloway, for a transfer fee of £100,000, but in spite of the large sum paid for his services he was unable to command a regular spot in the Rovers side, making just fourteen appearances in his first league campaign. His second year with the club was slightly more successful, with twenty-five league appearances and nine in cup competitions, scoring a total of five goals.

His second year with the club was slightly more successful, with twenty-five league appearances and nine in cup competitions, scoring a total of five goals. In 2004 it was clear that his services would no longer be required by new manager Ray Graydon, and he was sent out on loan to Partick Thistle at the end of the 2003-04 season. In the summer of 2004 Cameron headed back north of the border to join St Mirren.
