abstract
| - Shuya Nakagawa (b. November 20, 2982, d. July 2, 3086) was the Great Dictator of the Republic of Greater Tukarali. He was the founder of Aikokusha and played a major role in establishing the Tukarese authoritarian state. Nakagawa briefly served as Führer during the final years of the fascist state which the Aikokusha quickly dismantled after its swift legislative victory in the 2013 elections. Nakagawa is one of the most highly respected political leaders since figures like Ryan Malagar and Gloria I of Tukarali. Foreign analysts noted the existence of a personality cult around Nakagawa and his reign over Tukarali. A few months after becoming Great Dictator, his position in that office was made eternal by the National Diet, keeping him in the position even after his death. His authoritarian state was overthrown only a few years following his death in 3086. When the new government was established, the recognition of Nakagawa's "eternal rule" was removed. However many loyalists, especially adherents of Kanzo, continued to see Nakagawa as the highest authority over the state. In the 3350s a revival of Nakagawa's Aikokusha occurred when Rui Malagar, a descendent of Ryan Malagar, founded the Society of Patriots. For the first time in centuries a major movement sought to reestablish official recognition for Nakagawa's reign.
