Hello My English Wiki Users. There is one step that we need to take if we want to Re-Request for spotlight. That step is, Closing all promotions. (Basicly Closing rollback promotions). But, This will only last until our spotlight is over. That should take about a month. Once we have been in spotlight, the requests will open. Besides, we have way too many rollbacks.
