Eric Oemig was an American politician from Washington state, who served as a Democrat in the Washington State Senate. Oemig was elected to the Senate in 2006 and served from January 2007-2011. Prior to politics, Oemig worked at several high-tech companies including as a performance manager at Microsoft. In 2007, Oemig introduced and passed an innovative education performance bill to track student/teacher/school performance data.
