| - Reed's history is exactly the same as that of Earth-616's Reed Richards up until the Marvel NEW! relaunch.
While on a covert ops in a restricted area with Tony Stark, Iron Man, they were ambushed by Annihilus and his army. They tried contacting the Avengers who claimed they couldn't help because of their trespassing into restricted areas. They fought hard, but in the end were no match for the unexpected attack. Iron Man sacrificed himself in order to buy Reed some time to get away. As he flew towards Annihilus punching a whole through their defenses Reed witnessed Tony die before his eyes.
He then became Iron Man to honor is friend. He joined the Avengers like he knew Tony would want and questioned their need for diplomacy in every single mission. He secretly established his own team of heroes to accomplish things the Avengers can't. Amongst the team are the White Lion, king of Wakanda, the newest Sorcerer Supreme, Llyron McKenzie, prince of Atlantis, Black Bolt and Bear-Beast.

*Elemental Vision: Based on the situation Reed can fire heat, freeze, wind and electric rays from his eyes.
*Teleportation: After the trouble he went through with the colliding universes, he altered his arc reactor to teleport him through an alternate universe and back onto Earth at any given place before you can blink an eye.
