Burning Tears is a Chilean doom metal band which was formed in 1999, became the most solid tribute to Nightwish between the years 2001-2003, by winning several school festivals and taking a series of presentations in Santiago. After this stage in 2004, the band experienced a dramatic change of course that leads to create their own songs.
