| - American Juniors was a short-lived spin-off of American Idol with teens playing to vie to become the next idol.
- American Juniors (19 Juniors) was a reality television series broadcast on the Fox Network as a spin-off of American Idol, created by Simon Fuller and 19 Television, FremantleMedia, directed by Bruce Gowers and produced by Nigel Lythgoe and Ken Warwick. It was very similar to the adult American Idol, much like the British series S Club Search (producing the S Club Juniors) was to British band S Club 7. The only season of American Juniors aired in the summer of 2003. It was taped in Hollywood, California.
- The show's concept was to create a singing group of five of the contestants of the show instead only one singer (like on "American Idol"). The show premiered on June 3, 2003 and ended on August 19, 2003 after only one season. The final line-up of the group consisted of Taylor & Tori Thompson, Lucy Hale, Chauncey Matthews and Danielle White.

"American Juniors" became one of the highest-rated television shows of the 2003 summer season, with approximately 11.9 million viewers on June 3, 2003 even though the numbers dropped 40% toward the end of July. A second season of the show was planned for the fall of 2003, but it was later postponed to the summer after the third season of "American Idol" and eventually, the plans were later shelved. The American Juniors music group ended up disbanding in 2005 due to lackluster sales from their second album.
