Brigadier General Richard W. Fellows (1914–1998) was a United States Air Force officer who served during World War II and the Cold War. He was born in Algoma, Wisconsin, in 1914. He graduated from Algoma High School in 1931 and attended the University of Wisconsin for a year and a half.
